Bike Frame
A bike frame is frequently the costliest part of the bike.
The frame determines the aerodynamics and weight of the bicycle. It
is the central part of a bike to which all other parts attach.
A bike frame alone cannot be ridden without accessories and components.
It does not come with a seat, pedals, wheels, etc. All of these components
must be attached.
When a cyclist purchases a bike usually the components come with the
bike frame. However, the components need to be adjusted. A salesman
can help a cyclist picked the right sized frame and then adjust the
seat and other components to fit.
